• Progress monitoring and analytics
• Personalized dietary recommendations
• Meal history and logging

CalEye is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers regarding your dietary and health decisions.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of CalEye, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13-18 should have parental consent.

4. User Conduct

When using CalEye, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of CalEye are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The CalEye name, logo, and branding
• App design and interface
• AI models and algorithms
• Food database and nutritional information

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as food photos). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for:

• Providing and improving our services
• Developing and training our AI models
• Creating anonymized analytics

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using CalEye, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Food recognition will be 100% accurate
• Nutritional information is complete or suitable for your needs
• The App will meet your specific requirements

CalEye is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It should not replace professional medical advice or a balanced diet.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Health issues arising from use of the App
• Inaccuracies in food recognition or nutritional data
• Actions taken based on App recommendations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Illegal or inappropriate conduct
• Providing false information
• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
